While living in an apartment for more than 50 years, I feel several advantages. Since it is an apartment, it is convenient and time-saving that i do not have to spend special time on garden management and housing management. Another good thing is that "I can feel the lives of successful people indirectly and become a little alike." People who ride luxury car go to work early in the morning or maintain their physical health through walking, fitness, and golf practice from dawn. What people who joined as regular employee and became CEO of company have in common is that they are generally showing ¡®The height of diligence.¡¯ Executives of large company living in the suburbs of Seoul, such as Bundang and Ilsan, go to work around 6am., exercise, eat, and go to work early to start their daily routine. It is possible to save time from rush hours when you go to work, and the probability of success is much higher as you can plan your work and go through specific preparations for important projects when you go to work leisurely. However, 70-80% of office workers are 'Evening humans and night owls', who sleep late and wake up late to be chased by rush to work, and starting the day without any preparation or plans in the morning, nothing goes right and only work stress increases. Wake up in the dawn has many advantages, and if you wake up early and start early, you can experience ¡®miracle¡¯ big and small. First of all, if you wake up early in the morning and start, the 24 hours given to everyone will increase to 26-28 hours, and the habits of saying "no time" and "lack of time" will disappear. As you prepare for your daily routine with exercise such as health and walking, you can have a leisurely morning time and send bright and positive energy to your family. As a busy office worker or working mom, you can enjoy your favorite hobby even in a busy and difficult daily life, and you can have confidence and self-esteem in yourself and defeat the shabby mind by reading books from time to time. You can be healthy in your body and mind by exercising and reading a book at dawn, making a list of life goals and actions, and enjoying an initiative life. There are also evening humans in preparation for morning (early morning) humans. If the former is the one who wakes up early in the morning and works efficiently in the morning, the latter can be classified as those who sleep late and work efficiently in the evening. Morning people are compliant with their words and actions and have a strong tendency to work while following social norms and rules, making it a suitable type for modern office workers who have to wake up early in the morning to go to work regularly and do their jobs on time. On the other hand, night people have a strong emotional aspect and a relatively weak tendency to conform to social relationships, but they will be IT venture companies or new business managers who have to handle their work through comprehensive analysis of information, or writers and artists. The former uses the left brain a lot and can be said to be rational, and the latter uses the right brain a lot and is sometimes expressed as emotional and hedonic. The morning type is an achievement type, so there are many ordinary office workers, and the evening type is free-style, so there are many painters, musicians, designers, and advertising company employees. In addition, social and national conditions are different, and important meetings are held early in the morning in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, but Spain, France, and Portugal have many evening meetings. It depends on your biological rhythm or job type, but if a person who has to live as a morning person lives night person because of laziness, he or she must improve through effort. As the saying goes, 'If you look at the morning, you can see the person's future' all successful people are awake at dawn. Being able to get up early at dawn and prepare for the day is the first, basic, and most important factor to live a successful life. If you wake up early, you can get three things ¨ç Health ¨è Wealth ¨é Wisdom. You can enjoy jogging while breathing fresh air, swim or go to the gym or go to Golf course to challenge 'Single' or meditate which greatly helps boost immunity, so you can naturally keep your health. It is said that an hour in the early morning when brain cells are activated is equivalent to three hours a day or night, so dawn humans can create more than 30 hours of value, not 24 hours a day. You plan and prepare for the day and start fresh earlier than others, so you have time to spare, and everything goes according to reason. Unlike emotional and pessimistic nocturnal habits, early-morning people who are rational and active look at the world and their lives in a positive way. Since the creation of mankind, there have always been sayings that emphasize morning, and important and necessary values have been passed down by proverbs and maxims. "The early bird gets good food". "Morning bird flies far away". "God helps those who wake up early". "If you go to bed early and wake up early, you don't get sick". "Even beggars eat hot meals if they're diligent". "Poor people sleep late, rich people wake up early". Most proverbs emphasize that dawn people can become healthy, rich, and win many things. It was more than 100 years ago that human nights became being nightless, and millions of years of human history were natural lifestyles to wake up with sunrise and fall asleep with sunset. With the discovery of electricity and the invention of electric lights, millions of years of darkness have been removed, and all actions, including learning, producing, dating, and entertainment, have become possible 24 hours a day. However, the human body and biological rhythm, which have been accumulated for millions of years, do not change that simply. At night, the 'parasympathetic nerve' function, which is a mission of rest, becomes active and sleepy, and in the morning, the 'sympathetic nerve' function, which is a mission of activity, becomes active and wants to move, is human 'autonomic nerve' system and these is a course of natural. People who live Nocturnal life spoils the mind and health and can lead to various stresses and morning depression. Sitting in front of a computer and working, get used to interacting with machines, so they avoid interacting with people, and they feel depressed and anxious about having to socialize with others. People who says 'It is like a hell' by go to work every morning passively become lethargic for a day, and in the evening, they drink to soothe their depression, fall into a game where they can immerse themselves, sleep late, and rush to work. Work-life balance, which has been frequently emphasized among young people recently, also seems to be more appropriate in the meaning of 'work hard when you work and enrich your life after work' than 'It reduces the load of work and increases the leisure of life'. The true meaning of 'work-life balance' is to put the same importance on work and life and look at it from the same perspective, to show creativity and make life enjoyable in both work and life. I see friends who are good at studying and playing well in school, but when the exam period approaches, people who usually spend time hiking, basketball, soccer, and volunteer work suddenly change and focus on their studies with a serious face to receive 'A'. You can find colleagues who have fun at work and are good at showing their abilities, and what they have in common is that they do hard in both 'work' and 'rest' and enjoy everything with all their might. In other words, talented people are active, confident, and energetic in both 'work' and 'hobby', and they wake up early in the morning and start the day leisurely preparing. The change to a dawn person has to be fundamentally changed from evening. It is recommended to stay away from addictive leisure activities such as watching late TV, drinking, and playing games, and spend the night watching emotional activities such as light walks and reading. The time to go to bed is fixed from 10 to 11pm and the time to wake up is fixed at 4 to 5am, so you should get a good night's sleep even for a shorter time than sleeping for a long time. When you wake up at dawn, you should warm up by walking, jogging, or stretching, and find and habituate proper exercise to protect your health while getting older with breathing training or golf practice. It is also a good idea to find and practice a companion for morning exercise. LG's working life over the past 24 years has also worked hard, learned a lot of things such as factory construction and production management, and has the satisfaction of standing tall as a super-class factory through change and innovation. I enjoyed jogging and tennis from dawn, and went Golf course and climbed famous mountains nationwide on weekends. In order to realize the vision of 'a hundred-year company through export' 24 years ago, more reading is needed to cultivate extensive management knowledge and leadership. I read and write LCC magazine's 'CEO column' in dawn(4am). As I get older, I realize the importance of health, so I continue to train for two hours every morning (breathing & meditation), hike Cheonggyesan and Bukhan Mountain on weekends. Friends and co-workers have been retired since more than a decade ago, but it seems possible to enjoy company management by working hard in hobbies and exercising because i am using dawn time that brings several times the efficiency. Early morning people is a 'double, long life' that live with the rhythm of nature, governs one's life day by day, lead a successful life to achieve life's goals, and enjoy true health and happiness.
